Terms & Conditions
- We accept payments by Cash or Card against a valid receipt.
- Rental Payment shall be collected upon confirmation of your order.
- Security Deposit shall be collected upon delivery of the Décor Box.
- Order once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
- After pick up of Décor Box and Quality Check, the Security Deposit shall be refunded either in cash or NEFT as per your choice.
What is Security Deposit?
We collect a Lumpsum Security Deposit of Rs.3000.00 which is refundable on successful return of the Rental Décor Box in undamaged condition. The Deposit is used to cover loss or damage of any product in the Décor Box.
What are Deductions for Damages?
We do understand that there might be small wear and tear or smudges to the products which will not be considered as damages. However, if any product is broken or rendered unusable due to significant wear and tear, an amount equivalent to the MRP of the product or a percentage thereof as determined by our Representatives will be deducted.
Other Terms & Conditions:
- The Décor Box deliveries shall take place between 4PM – 7PM. Our associate will get in touch with you before attempting the delivery.
- The Pick Up of your product shall be carried out 4 days, 3 nights from your delivery date between 4PM – 7PM. For example: If the delivery is made on 1st November, the pick up shall be organised on 4th November.
- Due to any circumstances, if you are unable to return the product on the scheduled pick up day, an additional rental of Rs.750.00 per day will be charged and the same shall be deducted from your security deposit.
